she sits alone
tries not to cry
she feels her eyes tear
the wet running down her cheek
and knows she wasn't strong enough

to handle the abuse
the hatred
the stress
she always had her unhealthy
obsessions to make it all go away

try to get better

to stop saying those hateful things

you just never lose that childish sense
of wanting to make your parents proud

her whole life
she didnt think she was good enough
didnt think she could do anything worth while

she left
she got better.. she thought
but the truth is youll always have the same affect on her

youll always make her cry
always make her see things about herself she hates
always make her self-esteem frop
always make her regress back to the point she never wanted to go back to

she stopped doing those things
but even the urge scares her
its been a long time now
but both you and i know that
no matter what happens
youll always make me feel this way
